Job description
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel position in a home health setting.
Responsibilities
Providing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy services in a home environment.
Work involves approximately 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.
Must have relevant licensure and experience in physical therapy, particularly in home health care.
Requires strong communication skills, clinical competence, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensed Physical Therapist
Experience in home health therapy preferred
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Duties
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy interventions in patients's homes
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
