Job description
Role: Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Provide outpatient therapy services in a home health setting, assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid license as a Physical Therapist, strong clinical skills, ability to work independently, and experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
