Job description
Aura Health is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in patients’ homes across Massachusetts. You will perform clinical assessments, update care plans, and provide neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic therapies while educating patients and families on safety and transfer techniques.
Ideal candidates hold a current PT license, CPR certification, 1–2 years of acute care or rehab experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
