We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist specialized in Home Health for a travel position.
Key Responsibilities Include
Providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
Assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions.
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly.
Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications And Skills
Valid Physical Therapist license.
Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
