Job description
Role:
Travel Physical Therapist in a home health setting, providing therapeutic services to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Deliver clinical therapy per established guidelines
Document patient care
Adhere to safety and documentation standards
Schedule & Hours:
Days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, minimum 40 hours weekly.
Qualifications:
Valid California license
BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
at least 2 years of experience
ability to submit certification
Additional Details:
Mileage reimbursed at GSA rate; approximately 25% travel.
