Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Santa Rosa, California. The role is 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift and a 13-week assignment starting 10/02/2026.
You’ll support patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions while exploring a new locale. Candidates must hold a PT degree from an accredited program, have or obtain an active state license, and may need BLS certification.
