Job description
Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.
Key Duties
Supervise PTAs and support staff
Bill and document within facility and insurance guidelines
Ensure compliance with state PT board rules and regulations
Collaborate with medical personnel and physicians to coordinate care
Assess and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
Use medical computer systems for daily tasks
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
Valid state-specific license and BLS certification
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for long periods
Additional Information
