Role
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
Responsibilities
Assist patients in recovery from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a home health setting, utilizing EMR software (WellSky).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by APTA; active state license; possibly BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
Key Duties
Provide therapy services during an 8-hour shift, helping patients improve mobility and function, with no prior home health experience required.
