Job description
We are seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to provide clinical care in a home health setting.
Role & Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in their homes, ensuring optimal recovery and mobility.
Key Duties: Diagnose patient conditions, administer therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and document treatments accurately.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Physical Therapist license, strong clinical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication abilities.
Work Details: Provide 8-hour shifts, 40 hours weekly, in a travel capacity, with a focus on delivering quality patient care in diverse home environments.
