Job description
Supplemental Health Care seeks a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered PT services in Batesville, Arkansas.
The 13-week assignment includes 40 hours per week, days shift (8 hours) with travel between patient homes. Compensation is paid hourly, and you will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop plans of care, and coordinate with RNs/OTs/SLPs, using EMR systems such as Homecare Homebase, NetSmart, or Epic.
