Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in Ponca City, Oklahoma. This assignment runs for 13 weeks with a 40-hour work week and an 8-hour shift.
The role requires active PT license in the state, BLS, and at least one year of home health experience. Travel between patient homes is expected, with EMR experience and OASIS-E familiarity encouraged.
