Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will work 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, traveling between patient homes to provide PT services in home health settings.
Active PT license in the assignment state and 1+ year home health experience are required, along with BLS. EMR experience and a clean background are preferred to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.
