Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for work in Houghton, Michigan. This 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift and travel between patient homes.
The ideal candidate will hold an active PT license in the state, a current BLS, and at least 1 year of home health experience. EMR experience with Homecare Homebase, NetSmart, or Epic is preferred.
