Job description
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in New Lenox, Illinois. This contract role runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, typical shifts of 8 hours, and potential for extension.
You will provide skilled physical therapy in patients' homes, coordinating care with local clinicians and ensuring safe, effective rehab. Travel experience preferred; IL licensure required.
