Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Huntington, West Virginia. The role involves 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts in a travel setting.
The PT will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered home health services. Travel between patient homes is required, and applicants must have active WV PT license and current BLS.
