Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. The 13-week contract runs for 40 hours per week with dayshift hours and travel between patient homes.
Applicants must hold an active PT license in the assignment state and current BLS certification. Experience in home health, gait/balance evaluations, and EMR systems is preferred.
