Job description
Critical Connection, inc in Deland, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel home health assignment. This 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week, with travel to patients' homes.
You’ll perform in-home evaluations, develop plans of care, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Travel and local contracts are available; new grads may be considered with support.
