Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, South Carolina. The role provides 40 hours per week with 8-hour days and travel between patient homes.
You will perform PT assessments, develop plans of care, and deliver interventions for strengthening, balance, and safety. Must have active PT license, BLS, home health experience, and EMR proficiency.
