Job description
Health Marketing is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in Home Health and Hospice to join our team. The role requires delivering quality physical therapy services in patients' homes and collaborating with a clinician-led team.
You will hold an active California PT license (or compact eligibility) and have at least two years of Home Health/Hospice experience along with current BLS certification.
