Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Longview, Washington. The role offers 40 hours per week, an 8-hour shift, and a 13-week contract with travel between patient homes.
Qualified candidates hold an active PT license in the assignment state, BLS, and at least 1 year of recent home health experience. EMR experience (Homecare Homebase, NetSmart, or Epic) is preferred.
