Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Litchfield, Illinois. You’ll provide PT services in patients’ homes, focusing on recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions.
The role requires a PT degree and an active state license, with BLS often preferred. Expect 40 hours per week and full-time travel benefits, relocation assistance, and housing options through our program.
