Job description
Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to perform home visits and specialist evaluations across assigned areas. You will document thoroughly using HCHB and participate in Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and recertifications, ensuring quality patient care in a travel-heavy role.
Applicants must have 1 year of PT experience in home health, an active license, BLS, and a valid driver’s license.
