Job description
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. You will join a dedicated team delivering in-home therapy to restore independence in activities of daily living.
The ideal candidate has a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, is licensed in Colorado, and has prior home health experience. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
