Job description
American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience to serve patients in Mt. Angel, OR and surrounding areas. You will cover Woodburn, Mt.
Angel, Aurora, Molalla, Gervais, and Silverton with a day shift schedule. Expect up to 6 patient visits per day, no weekends, and charting via Home Care Home Base, Rover, and Oasis. Travel can reach 60 miles per day; mileage is reimbursed.
