Job description
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist in Bardstown, KY. Location is Bardstown, Kentucky, with Home Health setting and 13-week contract. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, ASAP start date.
Pay range listed and traveler candidate type required. Must hold PT license, CPR, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care plan development with physicians, and education for patients and families.
