Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, and a focus on patient-centered, home-based care.
You’ll perform initial and ongoing PT assessments, develop plans of care, coordinate with RNs and therapists, and document in Medicare-compliant systems. Active PT license and BLS required; travel and driving are included.
