Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Paris, Texas. The role requires an active PT license, BLS, and prior home health experience to perform initial assessments and develop therapy plans in patients' homes.
You will work ~40 hours per week, with 5–6 visits daily, and will be paid hourly. Travel between patient homes is required; EMR systems such as Homecare Homebase, NetSmart, or Epic are used.
