Job description
AMN Healthcare Allied seeks a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lake Zurich, IL. You will deliver one-on-one rehabilitation in patients020 homes, perform assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and independence.
The role requires IL licensure, 1 year of home health experience, and a valid drivers license. Work is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour daytime shifts and travel between homes.
