Job description
Black Women's Mental Health Institute seeks a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to support the Morris County region. You will conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, provide interventions, educate patients and families, and document with Epic
charting while maintaining clinical competency. The role offers Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts in a home health setting, with potential regional float and no weekends.
