Job description
Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in Owensboro, Kentucky and the surrounding areas. You will assess, treat, and develop care plans for patients, traveling between homes while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
