Job description
AMN Healthcare Allied seeks a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Rapid City, SD. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy to adults in patients' homes, typically 40 hours per week on day shifts, using EPIC for charting.
You must have at least 1 year of PT experience, SD licensure, BLS, and be able to provide required documentation (SSN and DOB). Housing and benefits are provided.
