Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide compassionate nursing care across Winnebago County and surrounding areas, with a $5K sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes autonomy and flexible scheduling to deliver high-quality home-based care for patients in their homes.
The RN will evaluate patient needs, develop and revise the plan of care, and coordinate with the Clinical Manager or Supervisor.
