Job description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN for a Days position requiring home health experience and an active IL RN license. A compact license is not accepted and active BLS is required or obtainable.
You will perform comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, coordinate care with physicians and caregivers, supervise CNAs, and manage a caseload of about 24–26 patients within a 15-mile territory using Matrix EMR and an iPad.
