Job description
TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The assignment runs 14 weeks at 40 hours per week, with days shift.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Home Health experience, a current BLS certificate, and eligibility for State licensure. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinate with the care team to promote recovery and wellness.
