Job description
Adoration Health in Temple, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our hospice team. You will provide compassionate medical care, symptom management, and coordinate hospice services to align with patient goals.
Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, prescribing medications, and collaborating with physicians and the IDT to ensure quality end-of-life care. A Master’s degree in Nursing and NP certification are required, with hospice experience preferred.
