Job description
Harmony Home Health and Hospice, LLC. seeks a seasoned Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct hospice care in home and community settings. The role emphasizes patient assessment, care planning, caregiver support, and interdisciplinary coordination.
The RN will assess, implement, and revise plans of care with patient and family involvement, administer medications, and ensure safety and quality during end‑of‑life care. Licensure and CPR certification are required.
