Job description
PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care to patients in home or facility settings as part of our travel nurse program. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to established care plans.
As a Hospice Travel Nurse, you will complete evaluations, document care, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams while meeting licensure requirements and maintaining continuity of care in a hospice environment.
