Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN – Regional Support to deliver compassionate nursing care across Western Tennessee locations and support families in planning and coordinating care. This floating role travels between branches to fill urgent needs and leads interdisciplinary teams while ensuring accurate documentation and hospice protocol compliance.
Occasional overnight travel is required; a company fleet car is provided.
