Job description
An opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist with experience in hospital and hospital-outpatient pharmacy settings. This travel position offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and dispense medications to inpatients and outpatients
Review and verify prescriptions for appropriateness and accuracy
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize medication therapies

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare providers
Qualifications/Desired Experience: Active pharmacist license

Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
