Job description
Rural Physicians Group offers a high-compensation traveling hospitalist arrangement. Base salary is $260,000 per year ($21,666.67 monthly), paid twice monthly. Incentives include $35 per wRVU, $1,700 per extra shift, and $1,400 per holiday shift, with quarterly reconciliations.
Benefits include licenses/DEA reimbursement, CME allowance up to $2,000 per contract year, travel reimbursement, and malpractice coverage. Termination requires 90 days’ notice.
