Job description
Optum Home & Community Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to conduct annual in-home assessments for Medicare Advantage and other plans across Oklahoma.
This field-based role offers flexible scheduling with no on-call, weekends, or holidays, and requires travel approximately 85% of the time. Base pay plus incentives, with additional loan repayment or sign-on options may be available.
