Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a travel nursing job in Abbeville, South Carolina.

Candidates residing within 50–100 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced rate or may not be accepted.

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | 2 On-Call Shifts Every 4 Weeks
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in the ICU setting, maintaining high standards of clinical excellence throughout the assignment
Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed based on census and staffing demands
Participate in on-call shifts as scheduled (2 on-call shifts per 4-week period)
Work some holidays as part of the standard schedule expectations
Complete required non-billable orientation modules prior to the start of the assignment
Required QualificationsActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience required
2 supervisory references required
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals may be accepted at a local rate
Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 5 years before being eligible to return as a traveler
Preferred Experience / SkillsExperience floating between multiple units or facilities in a travel or per diem capacity
Familiarity with ICU float pool environments and adaptability to varying patient populations
Strong time management skills with the ability to minimize time-off requests, particularly during the first two weeks of an assignment
