Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and professional nursing standards
Deliver compassionate, customer- and family-focused nursing care while maintaining accountability for the quality of nursing services provided
Define, implement, and continuously improve practice standards and the care environment
Float to Med Surg on a regular basis as part of the rotating assignment
Perform IV insertions and provide care to adult patient populations
Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic EMR
Required QualificationsActive Minnesota RN License required
BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
Minimum 2 years of Critical Care / ICU experience required
Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
Med Surg and Telemetry training required
Proficiency with Epic EMR required
Experience with adult patient populations required
Ability to insert IVs required
MN DHS Net Study and Fingerprinting required for this patient-facing position
Must live more than 35 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard travel rates
Preferred Experience / SkillsExperience in a high-volume acute care hospital setting
Demonstrated ability to adapt across multiple care units, including ICU and Med Surg
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in fast-paced environments
