PEL/VIP is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Macon, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN - ICU | Location Not Provided Assignment Overview Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This is a high-acuity environment requiring experienced ICU RNs who can manage a variety of critical conditions, such as respiratory failure, renal failure, and stroke. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ICU RN experience and be equipped to handle hemodynamically unstable patients. Assignment Details Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in ICU Accepts First-Time Travelers: Yes Patient Ratios: 1:1-2 (rarely 3) Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2025 (negotiable) Charting System: EPIC Assignment Length: 3x12 Days Responsibilities Manage and care for ICU patients with various diagnoses Administer and monitor vasoactive medications Assist with bedside procedures such as chest tube placement Monitor and manage invasive lines Qualifications Required: Current RN license NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certification Experience with trach care, chest tube management, and TABLO Preferred: CCRN certification PEL/VIP Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
