Job Details: Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Location: Chesapeake, VA Setting: Hospital Pay Range: - Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (Night; 3x12s or 4x12s) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: Active Virginia or Compact RN license in hand at the time of submission; proficient in Epic; strong neuro critical care experience; ventilator management; IV drip titration; telemetry monitoring; conscious sedation; dysrhythmia recognition and management; emergency response and critical care management; BLS (American Heart Association only); ACLS (American Heart Association only); NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Responsibilities: Provide critical care nursing support in the ICU setting. Monitor patients using telemetry and recognize and manage dysrhythmias. Manage ventilators and titrate IV drips. Provide emergency response and critical care management.
