Job Title: PCU Float Registered Nurse
Location: Leonardtown, MD

Schedule: 06:45 - 19:15
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years minimum experience required; successful passing of Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and 100% on lethal rhythms; ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications; experience in PCU, DOU, IMC, Stepdown, Telemetry, ER Holding, Cardiac Telemetry, MS/Tele; float experience between IMC and medical units; ability to occasionally take medicine/IMC level boarders in ED and ICU; at least 1 travel assignment completed; required to have the flu vaccine.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, and Telemetry units.
Float between IMC and medical units, including occasionally managing patients in ED and ICU settings.
Administer medications and monitor patient vitals according to hospital protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
Adhere to facility policies, including vaccination requirements and uniform protocols.
