Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Recent Med/Surg Tele experience required in a hospital setting; 2+ years of Tele experience; 2+ years prior experience on an IMC unit; BLS & ACLS required; EPIC experience; Flu shot required and a 2 step PPD required; Must be comfortable with 1:4-1:6 ratios; Night shift (18:30 - 07:00)
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care in the Med/Surg Tele/IMC units within a hospital setting.
Float between MS units and IMC units as needed.
Manage patients with conditions such as acute respiratory distress, septic shock, hypertensive crisis, severe congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and trauma.
Ensure all required certifications and flu/PPD documentation are current.
Adhere to hospital protocols and patient safety standards during night shift hours.
