Job description
Cross Country Nurses seeks a Travel RN in Intermediate Care for an IMCU position in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on adult patients in a Level I trauma center with telemetry, neuro stepdown, and post-surgical care.
You will work 3x12-hour days (0645–1915), 36 hours weekly, with occasional floating within scope and weekend requirements. Active IL license, BLS, NIHSS, and prior IMCU/stepdown experience preferred.
