License: Oklahoma Pharmacist license required
Certifications: RPh – Required
BLS – Required
BCPS – Preferred
Epic experience: Preferred

Required/Relevant Skills
IV preparation, IV piggyback, IV push medications
Compounding and sterile technique
Antibiotics and TPN
Anticoagulation, cardiac, pediatric, geriatric and renal dosing
Pharmacokinetic dosing
Therapeutic medication monitoring
Warfarin dosing
High-alert medications
Inpatient/acute-care pharmacy experience
Medication dispensing systems: Pyxis, Carousel
Experience with cardiovascular, infectious disease, neurologic, pulmonary, renal and other medical conditions
Preferred Skills
Chemotherapy
Antineoplastic packaging
BCPS
CAD cassette
Pain-controlled analgesia
Prepacking
Psychotherapeutic management
Oncologic, dermatologic and rheumatologic pharmacotherapy
