Shift: Days | 4x10s, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM
Weekend: Every Other Weekend
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience
Oklahoma Pharmacist License required
RPh required
BLS required
Inpatient/Acute Care pharmacy experience
Intravenous preparation and sterile technique
IV Piggyback and IV push medications
Compounding
TPN mixing / hyperalimentation
Antibiotics
Medication dosing, including:
Anticoagulation
Cardiac
Clinical
Geriatric
High-alert medications
Pediatric
Pharmacokinetic
Renal
Therapeutic medication monitoring
Warfarin
Pharmacotherapy management for:
Cardiovascular
Endocrine
Gastrointestinal
Genitourinary
Hematologic
Infectious disease
Neurologic
Pulmonary
Renal
Bone and joint
Medication dispensing systems, including Carousel and Pyxis
Management/lead experience
Comfortable serving neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
